They are not sold for modern use, testing, firing, loading, reloading, or any other functional purpose. Buyers agree that all items are purchased strictly for lawful collecting, study, preservation, or display.

Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to the purchase, possession, shipment, and receipt of any item ordered from this website.

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they are legally allowed to purchase, receive, and possess the item in their location.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order if we believe the item cannot be legally or safely shipped to the buyer’s location.

Item Descriptions

We make every effort to describe and photograph each item accurately, including visible condition, labels, seals, markings, contents, age, and any notable flaws.

Because many items are antique, fragile, and previously handled, signs of age, wear, toning, staining, dents, oxidation, paper loss, repairs, fading, or other condition issues may be present.

Availability

All items are subject to prior sale. Because many pieces are one-of-a-kind or limited in quantity, placing an item in a cart does not guarantee availability until checkout is completed and payment is received.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will issue a refund.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, listing mistakes, or availability errors.

Orders must be paid in full before shipment.

Shipping

Orders are packed with care to help protect fragile collectible items during transit. Shipping costs may be calculated at checkout or quoted separately depending on the order.

Insurance, tracking, and signature confirmation may be required for certain items or higher-value orders.

Items will only be shipped where legally permitted. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be legally or safely shipped.

Three-Day Inspection Period

All purchases include a three-day inspection period beginning on the day the item is delivered.

During this period, the buyer may inspect the item and request a return if they are not satisfied.

Returns

Returns must be requested within the three-day inspection period. Returned items must be in the same condition as received.

Sealed boxes, packets, tins, and similar collectible items must not be opened, altered, cleaned, repaired, disassembled, or tampered with.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was materially misdescribed. We recommend tracking and insurance for all returns.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error in the description.

Prohibited Use

Buyers agree not to use any purchased item in an unsafe, unlawful, destructive, or functional manner. Antique ammunition, cartridge boxes, powder tins, and related items are sold for collecting and display only.

Limitation of Liability

AntiqueAmmo.com is not responsible for any misuse, unlawful possession, handling, alteration, attempted use, or damage resulting from items after delivery.

By purchasing, the buyer accepts full responsibility for lawful ownership, safe handling, storage, and compliance with applicable laws.
